I have a Home Care or Support at Home Package and I want to change my Provider
You have the right to choose a new Support at Home Package Provider at any time! Many wonderful Clients have moved to Perth Care Partners because they are disappointed with their current Provider. The common reasons we hear include impersonal treatment, poor organisation, constant change in care staff, unreasonable charges….. or simply “they did not listen to me.”
But you don’t have to give a reason - to us, or to your old Provider. You just have to choose. We are not a massive Australia wide business or a Franchise. The process of switching to a new Provider is very easy! You will not lose funding and any unspent funds you may have accumulated will still be available.
