What Daily Support Can Our In-Home Aged Carer Help With?
Our aim is to continuously improve how we assist you so your independence and quality of life remain optimal. The specific activities we can help with include
- Support with your Activities of Daily Living – such as your morning routine, personal care, grooming, dressing and other hygiene requirements
- Assisting with your meal and shopping preparations
- Helping you maintain social connections and companionship

- Assisting you with transport to medical and other appointments

We provide Government subsidised Home Care through the Support at Home program. (Funding is accessed through My Aged Care following an ACAT assessment).
